note: many currently ordained ministers may not be protected because
their Church's purpose is for something entirely different from what they are
practicing. The Universal Light Inc. church's sole purpose is to allow
Ministers to minister with their God given talents as instructed in I
Peter 4:8-10.
SOLUTION!
Become ordained as a healing
minister through the Universal Light Inc. church, (in the holistic
modality you have chosen to study!) This is a non-denominational,
non-profit metaphysical church which has ordained and validated its
ministers and their ministries since 1974. It gives our students an
established, legitimate, spiritual church in which to do their work in
freedom and under the protection of the constitution. There will be a
small yearly dues to keep you active and legal in many States. Steps to
take:
1. Have your current ordination transferred
to an active, legally recognized church, The Universal Light Inc.,
which will validate you from anywhere at any time.
2. Become certified in a ministry of but not
limited to one of the following ( Energy Healer, Healing Hands, Natural
Health Practitioner, Chakra Healing etc)
3. Become ordained (if not already) and
apply to become certified, etc. see 1)
4. If required, register your ordination
with the state in which you have your ministry.

The TUL Accreditation
Association has granted the Holistic Healers Academy full
accreditation and certification.
Your subject's curriculum meets our accreditation requirements, and should
give your students a thorough knowledge of those courses.
Graduates of your school will be eligible to apply to be board
certified Evangelist For Natural Healing through The Universal
Light.

PLEASE NOTE:
Arkansas HB1206 "An act to
limit the use of the title 'doctor' in association with various
practices of the healing arts." This bill was viewable and still may be
at http://www.arkleg.state.ar.us - put in bill no. HB1206 to check
status and read it.
Texas has two bills - Senate
Bill 146 and House Bill 752 that will make the practice of naturopathy
illegal and a felony if you are not licensed by the State. In Texas go
to http://www.anma.com and click on the Texas State Naturopathic Medical
Association.
Florida has many new laws,
one that may have already been passed: a change in the phrase "You
cannot practice medicine without a license" to "You cannot practice
health care without a license" and other states may follow.
Now is the time to make this move. You cannot become a minister to
circumvent the law, but you can become a minister in order to practice
what you believe. You may obtain a legal ordination, use the title
Reverend, and may also apply for a Doctor of Divinity, which will
entitle you to use the term Doctor as pertaining to the clergy.
