  Dr. Wilson holds a bachelors degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a medical degree from the University of the State of Guerrero, Mexico. For 25 years he has taken a keen interest in nutrition and health. He worked as a medical researcher for the U.S. Public Health Service, and for the past 20 years he has worked as a private nutrition consultant, lecturer and author in Phoenix and Prescott, Arizona. His nutrition work specializes in minerals and mineral analysis and it's use in clinical nutrition practice.   Beverly Mittelman, BS, CNC, FAPM, received her BS in Medical Technology from the University of Colorado and has taken graduate studies in education at the Univ. of California at Berkeley, NYU, and Adelphi University. She is a certified nutritional consultant with certification from the American Association of Nutritional Consultants. Also, as Honorary Fellow of the International Academy of Preventive Medicine.

  After working as a hospital based medical technologist and as a classroom teacher, Beverly joined her husband Dr Jerry Mittelman in his preventive practice in 1968 to provide patient education and Myofunctional Therapy. She has written a number of articles for dental publications and has been guest lecturer for 11 dental schools and many dental societies. Bev teaches holistic nutrition for our school as well.

  Dr. Sharma has been in practice as a family physician for 25 years, has performed medical acupuncture for 15 years, and has expanded her wealth of knowledge to include natural medicine for the past seven years. Dave Roberts, B.A., C.H.H.P.

Dave has a diverse background starting off as a welder in N.J. in his early 20’s.  At that time he was drawn to an exciting new interest and practice of Indian yoga and meditation, that culminated in an excursion to India in 1980.  After returning to the US he finished his university studies, graduated with a degree in business and worked in the accounting department of a multi-national corporation in Los Angeles.  At this time the computer revolution was taking place in America and Dave began working with accounting automation.  Eventually he was hired as a manager for a large retail computer chain.  While operating his own consulting business, he was hired as a technology instructor for Heald College.  In 2003, after six years of teaching computer networking, Dave fell ill to an untreatable and mostly un-diagnosable illness that left him unable to return to teaching or to work with computers.  After a year of trying to recover using allopathic treatments, but to no avail, Dave decided to take his healing into his own hands.  Even while still ill, but recovering slowly, he returned to college, learned Allied Health Care and biological sciences.  Kristen Lauter is founder of Holistic Healers Academy. She previously studied as a full time student at Kutztown University for three years majoring in Early Child Education, holds a BS in Natural Health from Clayton College of Natural Health, is board certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and received her Certification as a Nutritional Consultant from the American Association for Nutritional Consultants day before Christmas in 2005!

Kristen became a Reiki Master Teacher under Allison Daulhaus in 2001 and became a Reiki II locally under Sharda Sharma M.D. in Millburn, N.J. in 2002.
